Here I am gonna share How to score well on boards with you all.

These all tips are also beneficial for any exam or to score well in any subjects like how to score well in English / how to score well in physics/chemistry/maths / Hindi etc.

 I am a college student and I completed my 12 in PCM in 2020 with 92%.

 

 It's genuine for every student to get worried about their result, and how they will get scored on their boards. I had also this genuine worry during my boards.

 

 Here I am going to give you some tips to score well in exams according to my experience and whatever I have adopted during my PREPARATION to score good percentages so that you can also score well in your 10/12 or any exams.
 

Let's begin !!

 

 

 MENTAL PREPARATION

 

 

1 – Don’t think about your results, Think about your preparation.....

  Because most of us more think about our results as compared to our preparation and by this can’t be focused on our PREPARATION.

 

2- Don’t take it ( exam) as a burden, take it as an opportunity

 Think about what will happen when you will get a good percentage. Many good opportunities will open for you.

 

3 – Believe yourself......

 People say it is your board that focuses your study more sometimes they can demotivate you unintentionally. But believe yourself. 

 

4 – Take care of your health

 Believe me, it's really a major factor in our preparation but we mostly neglect this. It can ruin our whole PREPARATION or boost our whole PREPARATION.

 

 

 ACADEMIC PREPARATION

 

 

 Let’s talk about,

 

how we have to prepare ourselves academically well to score a good percentage in boards exam.

 

1- Don’t be late, Start from the first day.

      Begin your preparation from the first day of your school.

 

2 – Take help from YouTube, Google, an app, etc..( most important)

    If in school, sometimes you don’t understand any topic don’t skip it go for help

    Ask the teacher immediately or just the next day

    Search that topic on youtube and watch 2 – 3 videos about that topic

          if still not found don’t skip,

    again search on Google or go to any doubts solving app.

 

3 – Make notes smartly

 If you don’t want to make each topic notes, then I will suggest If you find a good way and easy explanation in your book then underline those in the book itself don’t need to make separate notes. If not finding a good explanation in the book then go to YouTube, or Google for an easy explanation and make their separate notes.

 

4- Stick to your syllabus (NCERT) 

Most of us use reference books for easy explanations and definitions but we should cover whole chapters according to our syllabus. Sometimes we study according to refresher and read the whole topic covered by refresher so please be careful about your syllabus, Go to the syllabus and read according to that I suggest reading NCERT because it will also help you further competitive exams.

 

5 – PRACTICE PRACTICE PRACTICE

 There are some subjects which required a lot of practice like maths, physics, chemistry, etc.

               PRACTICE MAKES MAN PERFECT

 In exams, we do have not time to think so we have to prepare ourselves well so that we can just look at questions, think, and can begin our answer effectively.

 

6 – Solve the previous year's questions paper

 I will suggest you, go to PYQ before reading the chapter and after finishing that chapter because this way (before the chapter) is good for understanding the chapter you will get ideas about questions that were asked previously and after understanding the chapter going again pyq will help you that is there anything that you have skipped?

 

7 – Go to Previous Toppers Answer Copies

 I will recommend this because it helped me a lot on my boards. We all know that when examiners will check our copy then only our copy will represent us in front of examiners, so we have to present our copy very well in exams. By this, We can get an idea of presenting our copy very well in exams which will help us to score well.

 

 Just before one day of your board exam.

 

 1 – Be mentally prepare

 

 2- Again don’t think about the result

 

 3- Believe yourself

 

 4- Don’t start any new topic

 

 5- Just revise

 

 6- Be ready with your whole stationery including your admit card etc.
 

   In Exam day

 

 1 - Wake up early 

 

 2- Reach on time to your center

 

 3- Wear a watch

 4- Take a water bottle (Transparent)

 

 

 In exam hall
 

Remember this is a time when you have to put up your whole PREPARATION in a paper. So be careful!!

 

1- Don’t be rush

When you will get the question paper

First, take a deep breath and Read questions carefully

If you know the answers... Don’t be very happy, be calm and attend to questions carefully.

If you don’t know some answers... Don’t be fear, be calm and attend first to those questions which you know.

 

2 - Rechecking 

Don’t be so fast take your time and write according to the time. Check before submitting.  After finishing your question paper check your paper carefully. What do you have to check - Spelling mistakes, Are there any questions left to attempt? 

Finally, you have done your exams Now you can think about your percentage but not that much.

You have done your best and now nothing is in your hand.

Now take a rest.
